2 Reviews on “La Patrona Mexican Restaurant & Tequila Bar”
Let me tell you, their street tacos and the freshly made guacamole are out of this world.
La Patrona in Phoenixville is a must-visit if you’re a fan of Mexican food. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with colorful decor making it a perfect spot for a date or dinner with the kids.
Now, let’s talk about the food. I have been many times and each time I try something different. This time, I tried the La Patrona Burrito and it was outstanding. It was big that it could easily satisfy two people, and the flavor was excellent.
The Steak Fajitas are also incredibly delicious and I have ordered them several times. They are always cooked to perfection and have a mouthwatering aroma. The meat is tender, and the veggies are sautéed just right. The dish comes with soft tortillas and all the fixings, including shredded cheese, lettuce, and pica de gallo, which complemented the flavors of the fajitas perfectly.
The street tacos are also a standout dish. I have tried the Asada and the Carnitas and I have heard that the Birria is delicious as well. My favorite are the Carnitas. The soft corn tortillas were filled with juicy and flavorful meat, topped with onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. The salsa verde that accompanied them was homemade and was absolutely delicious.
And last but not least, let’s talk about the margaritas. La Patrona’s margaritas are some of the best in town. They are made with fresh lime juice and have just the right amount of tequila. The drinks are served cold and had a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness, making them refreshing and perfect for sipping alongside the meal.
Overall, I highly recommend La Patrona. From the burritos and fajitas to the street tacos and margaritas, every dish I have tried has been outstanding, and the service was top-notch. So, whether you’re a fan of Mexican food or just looking for a delicious meal, La Patrona is definitely worth a visit.
